Terms of service

By using Flatrate Work you agree to these terms.

The marketplace

Flatrate Work connects vendors who post flat rate offers with workers who reply to them. We are not a party to the agreement between a vendor and a worker, and we do not employ workers.

Your responsibilities

• Post honest, lawful offers and replies.
• Pay, or perform, the agreed flat rate work as described.
• Treat other members with respect in messages.

Content we remove

Staff may remove offers, replies or accounts that are illegal, unsafe, misleading or abusive.
